About Us
Henry Boustred and Sons is a family firm of solicitors which has been in
practice for over 100 years. The present partners Peter, Roger and
Christopher Boustred each have over 20 years experience in the fields of
law in which the practice and their expertise is supplemented by that of Mrs
Jacalyn Cramer who qualified in Johannesburg South Africa and requalified
in England and has practiced in London since 1999.
The Firm was founded in the City of London by Henry Boustred in 1901 but moved to Highgate in 1974. We have clients from all over London and beyond, but with our knowledge of Highgate and it surrounding neighbourhood, we are particularly well equipped to assist those who live or work locally to us or are considering moving into our locality.
As a firm we have been instructed by many hundreds of private clients but also by a vast number of businesses and we understand the requirements of both. We have found ourselves acting for several generations of the same families and and a number of the businesses for whom we now act have been clients for many years. As a family business we understand well the issues that families face. We have considerable experience in acting for each generation, those starting out in life and buying their first house or flat, the elderly who are facing the many issues which particularly affect them, and all those in between.
We particularly aim to provide our clients with a service which is friendly but also proficient and effective.
